Coming soon — sign up for early access · launch pricing locked for first 50 firms
From van to Principal Contractor in three steps.
No training. No 40-tab template library. Open the app, do the job, send the PDF.
Pick the trade and the site
Choose what you're doing — bricklaying, scaffolding, demolition, M&E — and where. Pre-written hazards and controls load in.
Tweak it for the actual job
Edit anything that doesn't match. Add site-specific risks. Save once — every future job for that trade starts from your version.
Send a branded PDF
Your logo, your colours. Email it to the Principal Contractor or print it for the site file. Done in minutes, not an evening.
Everything a small firm actually needs.
Seven tiles on the home screen. Not seventeen menu items.
RAMS & CPP
Site-specific RAMS by trade. Construction Phase Plans for principal-contractor jobs. Branded PDFs every time.
COSHH
15,000+ substances on tap. Pick the product, get the assessment, attach the safety data sheet.
Sign in / out
QR code on the site board. Subbies sign in from their own phone. Always know who's on site.
Toolbox talks
Pick a topic, run the talk, everyone signs on the phone. Stored against the project. Done.
Accidents & near-misses
Simple form, RIDDOR-aware. Tells you if it's reportable and walks you through what to do next.
Tick lists
Daily, weekly, monthly site checks — yours or ours. Tap through them on the way around.
Why now?
Four reasons it costs you more to leave this another quarter.
Principal Contractors are tightening up.
More PCs are demanding site-specific RAMS before day one — not generic templates, not promised-later. Without it, your lads don't get on the gate.
Insurance is paying attention.
Public liability and PI insurers are increasingly factoring documented H&S systems into renewal pricing. Firms without them face higher premiums — or harder renewals altogether.
HSE penalties have moved up a class.
Sentencing guidelines mean fines for SME safety breaches now routinely run into five figures, sometimes six. One serious incident can sink a small firm that was otherwise running fine.
The Sunday-night-RAMS hours add up.
Most builders we know spend two to four hours per site-specific RAMS in Word — usually on a weekend. Five jobs a month is a working week per quarter spent on admin you can't bill.
None of these are theoretical. They're the four things every small firm we talk to brings up unprompted.
Built for the foreman with a phone in his hand.
Big tap targets through gloves. Readable in sunlight. Works with no signal — your sign-ins, tick lists and accident reports queue up locally and sync when you get a bar back.
No desktop tool with a mobile bolt-on. No procurement-grade dashboard. No training day required.
Real photos of real builders using the app on real sites.
Same features on every tier. Pick by team size.
Every paid tier gets the full app. The only thing that changes is how many people on your team carry it on their phone.

Common questions.
Is this proper RAMS or some watered-down version?
Proper RAMS. The output is a site-specific Risk Assessment and Method Statement signed by your firm, branded with your logo, suitable to send to a Principal Contractor. The library covers the trades small UK firms actually do — bricklaying, groundworks, scaffolding, demolition, M&E, refurb. We don't pretend to be a 40-category enterprise template library, but every category we cover is written to the standard PCs expect.
Will it work on a site with no signal?
Yes. Sign-ins, tick lists, accident reports and toolbox talks all save locally and sync when you get back into reception. Generating PDFs needs a connection, but you can prep the content offline and hit send the moment you're online.
Can subcontractors sign themselves in without an account?
Yes. Each project has a QR code. Subbies scan it on their own phone, sign in, and they're on the site register. No app to install, no account to make.
What does "built for builders, not H&S managers" mean in practice?
The home screen has seven tiles, not seventeen. The wording is plain English. The whole thing works from a phone — no desktop required. No multi-division access controls, no ISO 45001 audit toolchain, no 40-category template library.
