1. RAMS — site-specific, in minutes.
Pick the trade, pick the site, you're 80% done. The library has the hazards and controls every PC expects to see for that trade — fall from height, manual handling, plant interface, and so on. You edit anything that doesn't match the real job, add anything site-specific, and hit Generate.
Output: a branded PDF with your logo and brand colour, ready to email to the Principal Contractor. Stored in your library so next month's similar job starts from your version, not a blank page.
2. Site sign-in / out — QR on the board, signed on a phone.
Each project has a sign-in QR code. Print it, stick it on the site board. Anyone arriving — your lads, the brickie subbie, the bloke from the M&E firm — scans it on their own phone and signs in. No accounts to set up.
You can see who's on site live, sign people out at the end of the day, and the register is always there if anyone ever needs it.
Hours-worked reports for everyone on site. Every sign-in / sign-out is timestamped. Pull a weekly or monthly hours-worked report for any worker, foreman or subbie — total hours, by site, by day. Export as CSV or PDF, ready to drop into Xero, QuickBooks or your payroll spreadsheet. Approved hours go straight into wages without re-typing.

3. Toolbox talks — in five minutes, properly recorded.
Pick a topic from the library — working at height, hot works, dust on site, manual handling, whatever's relevant — read it out, everyone signs on the phone with a finger, you save it. Stored against the project, dated, signed. Done.

4. Accident & near-miss reports — RIDDOR-aware.
Quick form for incidents and near-misses. The app asks the questions that determine if it's RIDDOR-reportable and tells you straight: "This needs reporting to HSE, here's what to do" or "Log it and move on". No flow charts to read at the end of a long day.

5. Subbie inductions — done before they start.
Send the induction link to the subbie. They watch the site-specific induction video on their phone, sign at the end, and they're inducted. You see who's done it on your dashboard. No more chasing paperwork on day one of a job.

6. Tick lists — site checks, daily / weekly / monthly.
Pre-loaded checklists for the rounds a small firm should be doing — daily housekeeping, weekly first-aid kit + fire points, monthly insurance + cert review. Tap through them on the way around. Anything that fails flags as an open issue on the dashboard until it's fixed.
